Patriots Six Alliance is an all-volunteer organization that serves Veterans, First Responders, and their families through strategic partnerships with select non-profits. Our mission is to provide essential resources and unwavering support to enhance the impact of these organizations. Founded in 2025 by long time colleagues and their families with a deep passion for service, especially within the veteran and gold star family communities, we strive to align with organizations and bolster their development.

President
Larry Kuebler
Larry is a United States Navy veteran who served aboard the USS Carl Vinson before transitioning into a successful professional career. Rising through the ranks in his industry, Larry has earned a reputation as a boots-on-the-ground leader who inspires trust and respect among colleagues, strategic partners, and customers. He has led teams of all sizes across the Northeast, Midwest, and now the Mid-Atlantic, consistently delivering results through clear communication and the ability to develop and execute complex strategies.
My why: “Honor through action” is more than a phrase in our home. Alongside my family and friends, I’ve been privileged to serve our communities through organizations that drive real impact. I’m excited to help lead this new venture and continue bringing teams together to improve outcomes for our partners.”

Vice President
Brendan Shannon
Brendan is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with a proven track record in strategic planning, business intelligence, and customer-focused solutions. Known for his ability to lead initiatives that deliver measurable results, Brendan has guided award-winning teams recognized for innovation and continuous improvement in the construction and utility sectors. Beyond his professional career, he is deeply committed to service, contributing extensively to charitable initiatives through race committees and strategic board roles supporting community and veteran causes.
My why: “I’ve always believed in the power of teamwork and the impact service can have on the community. The quote from Ziggy—‘Many of us are more capable than some of us. But none of us is as capable as us all’—captures that perfectly. I’m excited to join the Patriots Six mission and work together to create meaningful impact for our partners.”

Secretary
Paul Crinieri
Paul began his lifelong commitment to service when he enlisted in the United States Navy on September 5, 2001, serving nine years as a Master-at-Arms across the West Coast, East Coast, and overseas. Following his military career, Paul continued to give back through leadership roles in nonprofit organizations focused on community education, volunteerism, and empowerment. Professionally, he has spent the past decade with United Rentals as a Market Sales Manager, where he also champions veteran support initiatives. For the last five years, Paul has led the regional veteran employee resource group and now serves as co-lead for the company-wide program. A proud native of New York’s Hudson Valley, Paul exemplifies dedication to both his country and his community.
My why: "I believe leaders need to walk the walk. Whether it's supporting military spouses, disabled veterans, or veterans who need guidance, it is important to show our communities the impact they can have when they step up and support those who have led a life of service."

Director - Operations
Jason Guida
Jason is a U.S. Navy veteran whose experiences in service and life in Virginia Beach gave him a deep understanding of the sacrifices made by military members and their families. After moving on from the service, Jason has worked across a variety of industries, most recently holding roles in operations management and sales leadership. Jason’s dedication reflects the core values of Patriots Six—service, remembrance, and unwavering support for those who serve.
My why: “I’m invested in the Patriots Six mission to honor the legacies of fallen heroes and give back to the families who have paid the ultimate price for our freedoms. Alongside my family we have built lasting friendships with veterans and Gold Star families and look forward to continuing to welcome more through charitable partnerships”

Director - Marketing
Jamie Kuebler
Jamie Kuebler is an experienced project coordinator and development manager with a strong background in operations, event planning, and team leadership. She has successfully managed complex projects, streamlined processes, and driven organizational growth through strategic planning. Passionate about health and wellness, Jamie also empowers individuals to achieve their goals through personal initiatives. As a committed community leader, she has served as PTA President and led campaigns for veteran charities, organizing impactful initiatives and events.
My why: “I’ve had the opportunity to engage with a number of charity organizations over the years and know firsthand how a simple act of service can change someone’s life. I’m excited to bring a hands-on approach to Patriots Six and harness the power of community to drive meaningful impact with our partners.”

Director - Finance
Sarah Shannon
Sarah is an accomplished finance professional with deep expertise in business management, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Beyond her professional achievements, Sarah is a dedicated community leader—coaching youth sports, volunteering in her children’s school and church, and actively supporting veteran and Gold Star family organizations. Her commitment to service reflects her belief in honoring the sacrifice of those who served our country.
My why: “I believe it is important to support charities that serve veterans, Gold Star families, and the community because they honor the sacrifice of those who served our country. Through uplifting veterans and the families who carry that legacy, we build a stronger, more compassionate, merciful, and charitable society.”
